All profile photos are real, recent, and uploaded with the consent of the companion. We make every reasonable effort to keep profiles accurate. However, hair, makeup, weight and styling can vary day-to-day; minor cosmetic differences between the photo and the person who arrives are normal and not grounds for refund.
If you believe a profile is not accurate or has been used without consent, contact us immediately and we will investigate and remove it within 24 hours.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the coordination fee actually received by Sweety Patel for that specific booking - which in most cases is zero, as our service is paid for by the companion, not the client.
Sweety Patel and any individual companion reserves the unconditional right to decline a booking, end a booking in progress, or block any phone number, for any reason and without explanation. Common reasons include suspected fraud, intoxication, prior misconduct, or simple unavailability.
All website content - including text, photographs, logos, layout, code and the “Sweety Patel” brand - is the property of Sweety Patel or its content providers, and is protected under Indian and international copyright law. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this site without prior written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
