What you actually need to know

• We do not require you to register, sign up, or create an account.
• We do not ask for your bank details, card numbers, or any government ID.
• We do not sell, rent, share or trade your information with anyone, ever.
• We keep booking coordination details only as long as needed - usually a few hours - and then delete them.
• You can ask us to delete every record we hold about you at any time. We do it within 48 hours.

The information we actually receive

Browsing this website does not require you to give us anything. We collect personal information only at the points where you give it to us voluntarily:

• When you call or WhatsApp us: Your phone number (provided by your telecom carrier as part of the call), and any details you choose to share for the booking - typically your first name, your rough location (a hotel or a neighbourhood), the companion you would like to meet, and the time.
• When you submit the contact form: Your name, email address, phone number, and the message text you typed.
• When you visit any page on this site: Standard server logs - your IP address, the pages you visited, the time of visit, the browser and device you used, and the page that referred you to us. These are stored by our hosting provider for at most 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Cookies: A small set of strictly functional cookies may be set by your browser to remember that you have confirmed the 18+ age gate, so we do not show it on every page. We do not use any third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

How your information is used

We use the information you provide for one purpose only: coordinating the booking you asked for. That means:

• Confirming the appointment with you and the companion.
• Sending you arrival updates if needed (“She is 10 minutes away”).
• Following up briefly after the booking to confirm it went well.

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, advertising, statistical analysis, or anything outside of the specific booking it relates to.

The things we do not do

• We do not share your information with anyone. Not advertisers, not other agencies, not marketing partners, not law-enforcement (except where required by a valid Indian court order or statutory request that we cannot legally refuse).
• We do not maintain a long-term client database. Coordination details are deleted within 72 hours of the booking unless you specifically ask us to keep your number on file for faster future bookings.
• We do not use third-party tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no retargeting tags. The pages you visit are between you and your browser.
• We do not store payment information. Payment is settled directly with the companion in cash (or her own preferred method) at the meeting. We never see, hold, or process payment details.

Data retention

• Coordination notes (your phone, name, hotel): up to 72 hours after the booking, then permanently deleted.
• Contact form submissions: up to 90 days, then permanently deleted unless they relate to an open issue.
• Server access logs (IP, page views): up to 30 days, retained automatically by our hosting provider for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• WhatsApp messages are stored on the WhatsApp service, governed by their own policy. We do not back up or archive WhatsApp conversations on our own systems.

What you can ask us

You have the right to:

• Know what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete all of it, immediately.
• Withdraw consent for any future contact at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, just call or WhatsApp us using the numbers on our Contact page and say what you want done. We respond within 48 hours and require no formal request, no government ID, and no fee.

Sweety Patel is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please notify us immediately so we can delete their information without delay.

How we keep your information safe

Our website uses HTTPS for every page so the information you submit cannot be read in transit. Server access is restricted, and the small number of people who handle bookings are bound by a strict confidentiality obligation. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the information you share with us as the most sensitive thing we hold.

Links to other sites

A few pages on this site link out to WhatsApp, Google Maps, or other third-party services. Once you click through to those services, this Privacy Policy no longer applies - the destination's own policy does. We have no control over how WhatsApp, Google, or any other linked service handles your information.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We do not retain a list of previous visitors to notify, so please check back periodically if this matters to you.
